Dr. Toner takes pride in providing top tier dentistry for his patients through advanced techniques and with the aid of state-of-the art technology. He is recognized by colleagues and specialists across southeast Wisconsin for his thorough and gentle care. Dr. Toner is a member of the American Dental Association and Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Toner is a graduate of Augustana University of Sioux Falls, SD with a degree in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in 2004 and has served the Milwaukee community every since!
Dr. Toner is married to Kelly Toner, a native Burlington resident and registered dental hygienist. They have two children, Alex and Jax. In their free time they enjoy many outdoor activities including fishing, boating, riding ATV's, jet skis, and snowmobiles.

Dr. Garcia graduated with a degree in Bio-chemistry from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and continued his dental education at Marquette University in May of 2022.
Dr. Garcia and his wife, Brooke, welcomed their first child, Brecken, in February of 2023. When Dr. Garcia isn’t with his wife and son, he enjoys spending time up north on UTV’s with his father.
